Let’s talk about power
The beauty of a twin tube design is that you get double the heating surface without taking up more room. Depending on what you need, we tweak the voltage and wattage. If we bump up the voltage, we can pack more power into a shorter tube. This means your heat ramps up faster. Just a heads-up, though: pushing high wattage into a small space puts a lot of pressure on your wiring and power supply. Double-check that your controllers can handle the peak load so you don’t blow a fuse the moment you flip the switch.
Why quartz actually matters
We house the filaments in high-purity quartz glass. Why? Because it doesn’t freak out when temperatures swing wildly. It handles that rapid cycling without cracking. But we don’t stop at the glass. Depending on what you’re heating—whether it’s glass or PET plastic—we can add specific coatings to the tube. This shifts how the heat is emitted so it actually penetrates deep into the material instead of just scorching the surface.
No headaches during install
There is nothing worse than a “replacement” part that doesn’t actually fit. We use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors, so they slide right into your existing sockets. No rewiring, no swearing, no fuss. We also measure the length down to the millimeter. If a tube is too tight in the bracket, it’ll snap the second it expands from the heat. We make sure there’s just enough breathing room so the glass can expand and contract naturally. How do we move this fast? Simple.
